Prestressed Spun Pole and Pile Moulds are critical equipment in pole manufacturing, designed with precision to meet strict specifications. Available in standard diameters ranging from 100mm to 1500mm, we also offer customized mould sizes tailored to specific customer requirements. Each mould is engineered for optimal performance on centrifugal spinning machines, operating at speeds of 400 to 600 RPM, driven by motors with RPMs between 1100 and 1960. This high-speed spinning process ensures exceptional pole straightness and structural integrity. The moulds are crafted from durable steel plates, 6mm to 12mm thick, with running wheels made of mild steel or CrMo4 cast steel for long-lasting performance.
