PMW Lighting is pleased to welcome YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Ismail Bin Hashim as the new Chairman of PMW Lighting.
With more than 35 years of experience in electrical engineering, infrastructure development, and strategic leadership, YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Ismail has held numerous senior positions throughout his distinguished career, including serving as Senior Director of the Electrical Engineering Branch at the Public Works Department (JKR) Malaysia. As a Professional Engineer (Ir.) and ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer, he brings extensive technical expertise, proven leadership capabilities, and a strategic vision that will further strengthen the company’s direction and long-term competitiveness.
His appointment reflects PMW Lighting’s continued commitment to strengthening its leadership as the company navigates an increasingly dynamic and evolving industry landscape. With his wealth of experience and forward-looking perspective, he is well-positioned to drive operational excellence, foster stronger stakeholder relationships, and support the company’s long-term growth ambitions both locally and internationally.

Dengan pengalaman lebih 35 tahun dalam bidang kejuruteraan elektrik, pembangunan infrastruktur dan kepimpinan strategik, YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Ismail telah menyandang pelbagai jawatan penting sepanjang kerjayanya, termasuk sebagai Pengarah Kanan, Cawangan Kejuruteraan Elektrik, Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) Malaysia. Sebagai Jurutera Profesional (Ir.) dan ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer, beliau membawa bersama kepakaran teknikal yang mendalam, pengalaman kepimpinan yang luas serta visi strategik yang diyakini mampu memperkukuh hala tuju dan daya saing syarikat.
Pelantikan beliau mencerminkan komitmen berterusan PMW Lighting dalam memperkukuh kepimpinan organisasi bagi mendepani landskap industri yang sentiasa berkembang.
