Ensuring Quality: Site Visit by EM Expert Sdn Bhd and
JKR Elektrik Selangor

PMW Group was pleased to welcome representatives from EM Expert Sdn Bhd and JKR CKE Selangor to our manufacturing facility in Ipoh for a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), a comprehensive testing procedure to verify the integrity and durability of the poles before they are deployed in the field.

This FAT is paramount for validating that PMW-manufactured concrete poles meet JKR’s stringent specifications, particularly regarding their strength and durability. It serves as a vital quality assurance measure, ensuring that each pole can withstand the intense operational demands it will face once installed in the field. During the test, we randomly selected poles, meticulously checking each one to ensure it was in good condition, including the crucial aspects of capping and copping.

The visit also provided us with an opportunity to present PMW’s wide range of infrastructure solutions — including Concrete Monopoles, Smart Poles, Foundation Piles, Lighting Solutions, and more. We appreciate the engaging discussions and look forward to potential future collaborations in supporting towards a smarter and safer infrastructure development across the region.
