Automatic Steel Wire Caging Machine
Ensures consistent and efficient production of both tapered and non-tapered cages. Longitudinal wires are straightened, fed, and welded automatically, while a rotating electrode drives the spiral wire to form the cage at the preset diameter. For tapered cages, the machine adjusts automatically to the required diameter, providing seamless straightening, cutting, feeding, and welding for precision manufacturing.

PC Wire (Bar) Cutting Machine
The PC Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine is designed to straighten and cut PC wire or PC bar with precision, achieving a tolerance of ±1mm per 10m length. Operating automatically, the machine utilizes a flywheel, mechanical cutting device, and cutting sensors to ensure uniform and accurate cut lengths. This advanced system ensures consistent performance and high-quality results for all PC wire processing needs.
Warm Heading Machine
The Concrete Pole Warm Heading Machine is designed for precise formation of button heads on both ends of PC wire (BAR) using a direct heating method. Equipped with clamp chucks, electrode heads, and multi-chamber double-acting air cylinders, this machine ensures consistent performance. Its adjustable control system automatically regulates air pressure, heating time, and temperature, guaranteeing uniform strength and shape for button heads. Ideal for enhancing the quality and reliability of pre-stressed concrete pole manufacturing.
Centrifugal Spinning Machine
The PMW centrifugal spinning machine, powered by a variable-speed DC motor, delivers precision and efficiency in manufacturing spun concrete poles and piles. Controlled effortlessly via a user-friendly control panel, the spinning process employs high centrifugal force to extract excess water from the fresh concrete in the mold.
This process enhances concrete density, resulting in improved quality and durability. The poles produced feature smooth surfaces and void cross-sections, ensuring superior performance. The spinning begins at a slow revolution to distribute the concrete evenly across the mold’s length. It then progresses to medium and high speeds, where centrifugal forces up to 30g compact the concrete, achieving exceptional strength and uniformity.
Pre-tensioning Machine
This machine is essential for pre-stressing PC wire (bars) in the production of PC poles and piles, working in conjunction with the mould. Equipped with a safety device, the hydraulic cylinder prevents over-tensioning of the PC wire (bars), ensuring safe and precise operation.
Uniform pre-stressing is applied to all wires (bars), resulting in superior product quality with enhanced durability and strength, making it ideal for high-performance applications.
