Treasury Executive
Job Responsibility:
- Source financial facilities for the company and negotiate with the bank on the terms and conditions of the financial facilities
- Prepare application form and documents for trade facilities (e.g. bank guarantee, letter of credit, etc.) and liaise with bankers on trade facilities or other bank related issues
- Prepare of bank account opening/closing documentation and other banking facilities.
- Keep and maintain related correspondence, documents and details to ensure accessibility of data for further audit purpose.
- Plan and manage cashflow of the company by estimating and arranging the cash flow in and out on a regular basis, making sure there is sufficient fund for business operation such as suppliers’ payment, statutory payment, tax instalment, etc.
- Handle any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Previous experience in manufacturing accounting and SAP B1 preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in finance and banking operations, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and banking procedures.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Sales Executive
Job Responsibility:
- Job involves creating and distributing sales information on company products to the customers, distributors or resellers through digital, direct mail and other channels.
- Who supports the Managing Director in increasing the profits and sales of the products and shaping the business.
- Contacting with worldwide distributors and setting sales forecasting and sales targets.
- Tracking leads progress with contractors, stores and open market customers.
- Assisting distributors in identifying sales opportunities or prospects or end customers in the market.
- Processing, dispatching, and ordering invoice.
- Feeding customer and market application, new product information to agents.
- Evaluating annually to review performance, activity and set up targets.
- Finding link or key selling opportunities utilizing both old and new contacts.
- Identifying new product and market opportunities.
- Assisting in creation, co-ordination and production of marketing collateral, exhibition and trade fairs.
- Assisting in preparing comparisons with contenders.
- Assisting customers in the product operation and answering their questions.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing or in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales & Marketing in concrete poles.
- Good communication with all levels and ability to forecast sales budget and schedule.
- Good oral and written in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Well verse government policies and legislation in relation to correct with customers.
- Knowledge in Energy & Environmental Sustainability will be an advantage.
A4 Chargeman
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance plan to minimize interruption to the power.
- Responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of 11kV and LV electrical system, office building, switchboards and other related electrical system of the plant and machines.
- Carry out troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of all equipment such as electrical instrument and fire prevention system; propose required actions for improvement.
- Provide field operation and maintenance support to the Engineering & Maintenance team.
- Ensure all requirement complies with Suruhanjaya Tenaga’s regulation.
- Liaise with related authorities to meet the statutory and regulatory requirement. Eg : BOMBA / SEDA
- Fully in charge of stepping up transformer room, electrical, instrumentation installation and Solar System Panel.
- To liaise with TNB in the event of trips and breakdown from both ends.
- Order/Purchase replacement parts, communicate, direct, and manage contractors on building maintenance or repairing tasks.
- Supervise operation/maintenance team and contractors during maintenance and servicing of the plants.
- Carry out in house electrical works including maintenance, inspection and testing as assigned by the management
- Work a team with production to provide effective and reliable support services for all plant machineries, equipment and facilities
Job Requirements:
- Certified A4 chargeman from Energy Commissions of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Tenaga)
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Manufacturing Industry
- Electrical circuit control knowledge
