Governance Excellence

We are committed to strong corporate governance and ethical business practices. Guided by the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance (MCCG), our Board includes at least 50% independent directors and 30% women. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy on bribery and corruption through clear policies on ethics, whistle-blowing, and anti-corruption to ensure accountability and transparency across all levels.

To ensure we uphold our high standards through REGULAR AUDITS and COMPLIANCE CHECKS across all operations. These checks allow us to continuously strengthen our internal processes and ensure full adherence to local and international regulations. For added transparency and accountability, our Audit and Risk Management Committee is made up entirely of independent directors. Compliance is more than a requirement for us—it is a core principle.

At PMW, we enforce a strict ANTI-CORRUPTION AND BRIBERY PROGRAM that aligns with global best practices.
