PMW International Berhad Officially Listed on the
ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia

18 NOVEMBER 2025 was a historic and proud moment for PMW International Berhad (PMW Group of Companies) as we officially premiered on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The Company opened at RM0.34 per share, matching its IPO price, with 13,852,500 shares traded under the stock name ‘PMW’ and stock code 0379.

With a total issued share capital of 892,051,816 shares, PMW’s market capitalisation is approximately RM303.30 million. The IPO proceeds will be used strategically to drive growth: 77% towards constructing a new facility at Tanjung Manis, Sarawak, 0.96% for new machinery and equipment to support our moulds and spun poles/piles operations, with the remainder allocated to working capital and listing-related expenses.
